Rayara Spa & Wellness needed a brand experience that feels as calm and premium as the treatments it sells, backed by real operational tooling for bookings, therapist scheduling, and room availability.

Wellness bookings involve moving parts — services, rituals, packages, therapist availability, and room capacity — that need to stay invisible to the customer while staying fully visible to staff running the day-to-day operation.

Kara Digital designed the public brand website, the customer booking portal, and the internal operations dashboard used by staff.

We separated the experience into three connected layers: an editorial public site for discovery, a customer portal for booking and history, and an internal dashboard for the operational reality behind every booking.

Signature services and ritual packages are presented with the same visual calm as the rest of the brand, while the customer portal keeps booking and history in one simple, returning-customer-friendly view.

The internal operations dashboard gives staff a live view of bookings, revenue, room status, and therapist scheduling — the connective tissue between a beautiful storefront and a spa that actually runs on time.
