The Context
Reframing Physio runs clinical education and certification programs for physiotherapy professionals. Before this platform, communicating multiple program batches, pricing tiers, and registration steps had no dedicated digital home.
The Challenge
Certification programs run in batches with different dates, pricing categories, and capacity. Prospective participants needed a clear way to compare batches and register correctly the first time, without back-and-forth over email or chat.
Our Role
Kara Digital designed and built the public program-discovery site, the batch and program detail pages, the registration workflow, and the participant-portal entry point.
The Approach
We treated the registration journey as the product: a discovery hero leads to a batch-selection view, then a program detail page with clear pricing categories, and a structured multi-step registration form that reduces input errors before submission.
The Experience
Once registered, participants get their own portal login — separating the public marketing journey from the private program-access experience, so each surface can be designed for its actual job.
